EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ONLY IN INSTANCES OF DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEM DURING SHIPPING. Your purchase will be packed with care and shipped through UPS or USPS. There is always a possibility of damage while en route to you. If there is damage during the shipping process, I will send you another item when you email me an unaltered photo of the damaged item or refund your money if you aren't satisfied.

SHIPPING SERVICE: Your package will be shipped through UPS or USPS. They guarantee delivery times for the most part, according to the service you choose, but once the package leaves my hands, they are in charge of getting it to you on time and intact.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are calculated on the weight and dimensions of the item plus any packaging. I use the lightest materials possible to keep shipping costs as low as possible

LOCAL DELIVERY: To keep down the cost of your purchase, I offer free local delivery to limited areas.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: To keep the cost of overhead as low as possible, I make or finish many of my items at the time of your order. From the time of your order to shipping may take up to 3 days, depending on the materials I use, the cutting, assembling, and painting process, then curing, and finally careful packaging.
