Return Policy

Each item is handmade by me! They are individual pieces of art. The paint colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. This is due to:

• Color differences on computer monitors or phone screens
• Slightly different batch number of the paint
• Even differences in weather and humidity may slightly affect color during the process.

I hand paint each item and cut or engrave with a laser machine. Even though I use the same software and settings each time, the nature of natural materials like wood may slightly change shape, size, and density. I carefully inspect each item - I would never ship you something I wouldn't give as a gift!

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ARE ONLY IN INSTANCES OF DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEM DURING SHIPPING. If there is damage during the shipping process, I will send you another item when you email me an unaltered photo of the damaged item or refund your money if you aren't satisfied.
